Gym hand-held measurer: 18.3% body fat


Today I created my own CrossFit workout:

3 rounds

45 lbs front squat, 12 reps
1 pull up to 15 Sec flexed arm hang
30 lbs floor sweeps, 20 reps
45 lbs clean and press, 12 reps

Rest 60 sec


20 min high intensity cycling
